Html goodies is a site that I have not used too much in the past, but I found it while working on this site. It has help related to basic html all the way to advanced things like java.

Graphic design blog is a great resource for graphic design. It is set up in a blog format, but there is a search function to find what you need. It has a lot of interesting logos and other design elements.
